Precision Environmental Inc is a family-owned abatement company built right here in Denver. Asbestos, mold, and lead are serious work, and we wanted to bring something Colorado actually needed — a local crew that shows up on time, does the job to standard, and leaves you with the paperwork to prove it.
Test before you touch. Visual inspection is a guess. Suspect materials get sampled and lab-tested by an independent certified inspector before the first containment goes up. The cost of a sample is always less than the cost of a violation.
Containment is non-negotiable. If a job needs poly, negative air, and a decon chamber, that's what it gets — whether it's a one-room job or a hospital. The amount of regulated material doesn't change the standard.
Independent clearance. The company doing the work shouldn't be the company verifying the work. We partner with third-party Air Monitoring Specialists for asbestos clearance and independent assessors for mold PRV. You hire one phone number; the documentation comes from two.
In regulated abatement, the contractor's signature carries legal weight. Here's what's behind ours.
Verbal estimates are how customers get surprised at the invoice. Every scope, every line item, every change order is on paper. If we agreed to it, you have it in writing.
You don't get bounced between an estimator, a coordinator, and a foreman. The person who quotes the job is the person who runs the job.
Adjusters need specific documentation in a specific format. We supply it the first time — protocol reports, scope, clearance, photographs, manifest. Your claim moves faster.
The crew on your property works for Precision Environmental. We don't farm the regulated work out to whoever was available that morning.
We live where we work. The crew commute is across town, not across state lines. If something needs a second visit, we're back the next day.
10% off the abatement scope for active military, veterans, and first responders. Bring ID, mention it at the estimate.
Estimate is free. Honesty is included.
